POLICIES:

- Rewards apply when a new guest books and completes their 1st, 2nd & 3rd appointments.

- Referrals must be BRAND-NEW clients.  (no past or current clients)​

​

- How rewards work:  

   ~ Each Referral unlocks a reward.

   ~ Rewards are non- transferable (only for the referring & referred clients)

   ~ Only one reward per new guest (no double-crediting if two clients claim there same referral)​

- Using your rewards:

  ~Credits and perks must be applied toward future appts only (not retroactive).

  ~ Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  ~ Only ONE reward will be redeemed per visit (NO stacking multiple rewards at once)

- Expiration & Limits

  - Rewards expire 6 MONTHS from the issue date (DATE MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE CARD)

  - Date represents when the referred guest COMPLETES an appt with Annette Marie Hair Extensions, and I notify you of your due reward.

  - I will contact you if a referred guest completes an appt and you are DUE a credit.  Your 6 month expiration starts on THAT date.  I am NOT responsible if you do not see the text or email announcing your credit. I will send a notification to the phone number and email you put on file.  I am NOT responsible if they are wrong or you do not see them.

  - Program applies to regular-priced services ONLY.  (cannot be combined with any other promotion/discount)​​​

- Once you reach the 3rd client reward, the reward program starts over at 1st referral reward.
