Now that we have created a plan for you and your hair, we are ready to finalize the details.  The last and final step is to clarify all of my policies.  Clear communication is very important to me.  I always want to be clear with my guests as to my policies, procedures, and terms. I also must protect my business and this Waiver is required for all the above.

In order to finalize any Hair Extension appointment this waiver is required.
